Gourmet Restaurant In this small village to the east of Clermont-Ferrand, Jean-Christophe Raluy and André Pascalet run this old-fashioned village inn, which for some is a nostalgic reminder of country dining, and for others a rediscovery of the region's great classics. In this charming, old-fashioned atmosphere, you'll appreciate the efficiency of the business menu, which for €18 offers salmon soufflé, asparagus flan, fillet of saithe with lime sauce, poultry roulage with morel mushrooms, not forgetting local cheeses. Good service.
