Gault&Millau's review 2026

Winners of the Gault&Millau Award four years ago, Ludivine and Alban are breathing new life into this part of the department, which is rather lacking in quality restaurants. This is an opportunity for the entire valley to discover a lively, up-and-coming restaurant and beautiful seasonal dishes: veal and haddock offering a fresh take on the classic vitello tonnato, artichokes with mussels and black garlic vinaigrette, and Gournay chicken with beans, corn, and masala. Well-crafted menus and playful desserts, such as the crêpes Suzette with Grand Marnier ice cream, which is a hit with everyone.
