A warm address on the edge of the country, where wood dominates in a cosy, intimate family inn atmosphere. The menu expresses a certain Jura tradition, renewed here and there, such as a snail and asparagus burger with wild garlic, a well-chosen starter to be followed by a fillet of grilled pike-perch with morels, asparagus and risotto, or a ballotine of poularde with herbs, comté cheese, yellow wine emulsion and spaëtzles, a vanilla, rhubarb and strawberry crunch.
