A pretty stone house, a welcoming inn, the stronghold of Guillaume Royer, who can also be found nearby in Châteauneuf. The 2015 MOF chef deploys his knowledge and talent on seasonal produce, with a short menu where you can pick and choose according to your appetite: asparagus mayonnaise with herbs, smoked duck breast and olive oil sabayon, steamed pollack with chickpea hummus, Crisenon trout steamed with pak choï asparagus jus mouclade, meat of the moment with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, before the happy marriage of strawberry and pistachio. Friendly, attentive service in a pleasant setting.
