Description

César Lassarat invites you to an exceptional experience in this unique setting between fields and forest, with nothing to see but nature at its truest. An elegant family home dating from the 1950s nestles here, purchased and skilfully restored by César to create an inn that combines chic with authenticity. There are eleven rooms, all different: seven in the main house and four in the former stables. A lounge opening onto a fireplace welcomes guests to enjoy the demanding cuisine concocted over an open wood fire by Jules, a gifted young chef who works only with the freshest local produce. Here, all is calm and pleasure! Suggestions change regularly to adapt to seasonality and the timing of harvests. Mushrooms, sea bass fillets, fine lamb and, why not, your very own piece of beef from the market that very day: treat yourself! Then, and perhaps most importantly, let yourself be immersed in the natural environment that César Lassarat knows inside out and loves to show off. Whether you're hiking, fishing or bivouacking in the forest, he'll guide your steps and provide you with all the equipment you need for your adventures: stoves, backpacks, hunting stools, gourds and teapots. It's also ideal for organizing unforgettable seminars! Find us on Instagram: @aubergeboutdebois.
