Gault&Millau's review 2026

A new restaurant to replace Sagi Taverna and a good start over the past year for Maxime and Alexandre. Maxime is in charge of the kitchen, while Alexandre is in charge of the dining room, looking after 300 wine references and a well-stocked cellar. The dishes are well thought-out and well-crafted, favoring good produce and classic flavors: grilled sar fillet with broccoli and black garlic jus, grilled rack of lamb with purée and strong jus, roasted figs with tonka ice cream... Let yourself be guided" menus for the evening, and a lunch menu at €24 that's good enough to earn a toque of encouragement.
