In the heart of the "Fabriques", a table with character, committed to its region, for both solids and liquids, with a well-developed cellar. The option of hidden menus, which takes away from conviviality and freedom, is also a choice, but the risk is minimal with the low prices (four courses for €35, five courses for €42). A good lunch menu for €24 (egg confit with mushrooms and saithe with vegetables the other day) is also worth a try.
