Gault&Millau's review 2025

Set in the beautiful Hôtel Le Samoyède, this lovely restaurant boasts a setting that's both traditional and elegant, obviously combining the world of the mountains with more contemporary elements. In the kitchen, Alexandre Baud-Pachon has opted for a unique menu simply entitled Inspiration du Marché which, for just over €40, offers a complete sequence based on fine products (roast supreme of duckling and polenta, pan-fried fillet of sea bream and Paimpol cocos with tomato confit...). Simpler formula at café-bistrot le 19.38.
