In the city center, this Atelier offers a rather personal cuisine, not really marked by the terroir, focusing more on standard products, well worked in a Mediterranean spirit: sphere of snails with parsley and garlic cream coulis, bouillabaisse-style lean steak with rouille, green cabbage stuffed with lamb shoulder jus with thyme and rosemary. A good 46 € formula featuring the dishes of the moment, with a pleasant chocolate tartlet for dessert. Serve with Bandol Pieracci, Barthès or Moulin des Costes.
