Gourmet Restaurant Laetitia Bichot's taste buds are forming nicely, with the whole team and the work of chef Christophe Ménard. The menu is quite ambitious, built around noble products: snacked scallops with granny endives and cider sauce, turbot with lobster jus, beef fillet with truffle jus. A good formula at €44 keeps costs down, with foie gras mi-cuit and pot-au-feu-style chuck. Good desserts, including Tatin and croustillant chocolat, and a decent regional selection, with plenty of choice in 50 cl format.
