In the midst of the touristy tables, Caroline Liénart's address is a welcome interlude, on this adorable Place de la Révolution with its old fountain and terrace overlooking the church of Saint-Michel. The chef's cuisine is inspired by her region, and she offers two blind menus for lunch and dinner. Formulas at €35 lunchtime and €55 evening.
