Gourmet Restaurant For over twenty years, Carole and Christophe Guillon, who also worked at Taillevent, have been running this attractive restaurant in the heart of the département, in a contemporary and progressive style. The house is still on course, attracting a loyal clientele who return for the chef's colorful, personal ideas. The menu of the month at €34 is a great first option, with sweetbreads and morels in Père Dégoulange-style sausage, snacked tuna with chanterelles and sesame seeds in a Noilly emulsion, rare Charolais with a full-bodied Côte Roannaise jus, and a yuzu-raspberry sweet. Good service.
