Chef's Restaurant Italian gastronomy returns to the beautiful setting of the Hotel Castille. A tasteful interlude in a quiet, protected and gilded universe. The menu is classic, under the supervision of chef Ugo Alciati: vitello tonnato, filet of beef au couteau with anchovy sauce, agnolotti in sauce, rack of lamb, and the prices are not too extravagant for a high level of service. Count on €80 for the tiramisu, described soberly as "probably the best in Paris".
