Chef's Restaurant What a great idea to rediscover this address, which is so much more than an Italian hotel for Chanel clients! The layout of the premises, the pretty patio in summer and, above all, the short but well-thought-out menu make this place a little-known nugget that should remain so, in an atmosphere somewhere between an insiders' club and a transalpine provincial hotel... The cuisine is precise, with a great deal of taste ("assagio" in Italian), such as the well-balanced agnolotti (with its original sauce-free pastry), the well-cooked rack of lamb, the slightly dry guinea fowl, chicken liver mousse and marsala sauce, and the excellent ice cream, fior di latte caramel beurre salé. Prices are fair in relation to quality, technical mastery and ambience. A wide choice of wines by the glass in this Franco-Italian cellar.
