A great gourmet alternative to the coastal brasseries, for a slightly more upscale dining experience. Anthony Vallette’s restaurant offers a wonderful take on local cuisine, particularly in its €50 menu, which features the perfect free-range egg, rosemary-candied apricots, piquillo peppers, and a sea-infused sabayon; the catch of the day; flax-fed Normandy pork with a medley of seasonal vegetables; and a Caribbean chocolate dessert with hot chocolate. Good service.
