Gourmet Restaurant The former wine storehouse in the heart of the village is home to a warm and inviting dining room with stone walls and beams. Chef Nicolas Fort offers his talents in two formulas, with a daily menu and a weekend menu, revisiting southwestern classics in a contemporary vein. Farmhouse chicken from the Landes region is embodied in a ramen, monkfish is grilled with ventrèche, sweet potato mousseline and shellfish bisque, and blond Aquitaine is presented in tataki with duck fat fries. This is followed by a Mont Blanc with Adour kiwis, or a Basque-Landes cake with custard.
