Conveniently located on Rue Neuve, in the heart of the Presqu'île, L'Arquebuse is a modern bistro without the arquebuse, in a youthful atmosphere conducive to cocktails, followed by an honest €25 menu: vegetable nems, Asian-style broth; poultry quenelle, celery brunoise, oyster mushrooms; skate wing, butternut with broth and beurre blanc sauce; crème brûlée with pink pralines. A superior formula at €35, an à la carte menu and a glass of Morgon at €6.50.
