Almost forty years of existence and a reputation still justified for Daniel Mautret's table. Located in the silver city, the restaurant offers a chic, bourgeois service, well thought out for special occasions, with meticulous decoration and comfort, studded seats, parquet flooring, subdued lighting and silverware. Highlights include beef carpaccio, panko herring, spinach melon, vinaigrette, roast lean back, crispy potatoes, onions, parsley, tandoori fennel, artichoke barigoule and fish soup, low-temperature veal steak, mint vegetable samosa, carrot cream with cumin, chimichurri sauce. Menus at €38 and €48.
