On the square, an amiable wine and delicatessen table that plays host without fuss, adding ideas and a touch of fantasy to classic recipes by varying ingredients and accompaniments: leeks with kalamansi vinaigrette and mustard seed pickles, scallops with hummus and lovage with samphire, mackerel fillets with Brussels sprouts and chimichurri, sweetbreads with heliantis and Buddha's hand... Desserts are equally energetic, with ossau iraty kaki with tarragon cream, rice pudding and Corsican clementine.... A very good current menu at €50, and the best local winemakers in the cellar. You can also, of course, buy the wine and local charcuterie.
