Ultra-touristy perhaps, but, at the risk of being trivial, given the location (heart of the citadel, tree-lined square, fiery atmosphere...), tourists like this one come back for more every day. All the more so since the menu offers a wide choice, doesn't overwhelm customers with its prices, and does the job in the end, with skate and pistarellu salad, red mullet brandade, spider pork with rosemary and chestnut tiramisu. Eager service, as is logical with a regional cellar.
