The restaurant maintains its high standards in this town in the Haute-Marne region, where locals find comfort and consistently excellent food. The dining room, recently renovated, is welcoming; the Maître-Restaurateur designation is well-deserved, and Chef Didier Muckenhirn takes great care with his dishes, changing the menu every season: pan-seared razor clams, champagne sabayon, chicken breast stuffed with artisanal blood sausage, French toast—all part of a well-curated meal for under €50.
