Local chef Philippe Coste has been running this restaurant on the outskirts of Perpignan for twenty years! With his wife Nathalie, they have made this great restaurant a trusted stopover, where people come for events or an evening out with friends. The 48 € menu offers a wide choice of traditional dishes: pan-seared snails with parsley coulis and mild garlic, salmon with green Puy lentils "petit salé" style and truffle oil, beef cheek simmered in local wine with carrots and mashed potatoes, and pavlova with chestnut cream. Pleasant atmosphere.
