The 48 € menu offers a wide choice of traditional dishes: pan-seared snails with parsley coulis and mild garlic, salmon with green Puy lentils "petit salé" style and truffle oil, beef cheek simmered in local wine with carrots and mashed potatoes, and pavlova with chestnut cream.
