The art of entertaining and pleasing guests is an integral part of this passionate couple's philosophy. "We wanted to create a place where we ourselves would like to come and eat," they confide. As for their customers, they sometimes go the extra mile by opting for the blind menu. The menu at this trendy bistro, which changes every Tuesday, features astonishing combinations of flavors, such as veal sweetbreads, artichoke, coffee, peanut and miso, or a cocoa and Espelette pepper sorbet. Of course, everything is homemade, in an open kitchen and, above all, with local produce. And this is as true on the plate as in the glass, with wines from small producers. Regulars appreciate the regularly organized theme evenings. In view of the restaurant's success, online reservations are highly recommended.
