Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from Jean-Jaurès and the train station, this 4-star hotel has just been renovated in a contemporary, luxurious style, making it an obvious choice for the visiting business class. The table is elegant, with harmonious tones, comfortable armchairs, a modern mid-century style, and a neotraditional cuisine without too many risks, with choice and technique. The experience is acclaimed for its professionalism, and we'll be glad to come back for these timeless dishes, a soufflé with old Comté cheese and baby greens salad, simmered cod in a shellfish broth with saffron mayonnaise, fresh tagliatelle with morel mushrooms and yellow wine jus, Guérande salt-crusted duck breast, wheat cake and Brittany pommeau jus, Plougastel strawberry tiramisu, caramel and dried fruit tart.
