Adapted to the business meals that make up the bulk of the clientele, the table demonstrates an appreciable professionalism, both in the service and in the execution of the dishes. À la carte: crêpe kraz with Guéméné andouille and Roscoff onion confit, perfect egg, Emmental cheese, fillet of pollack, black farz and Puy green lentils, braised lamb mouse navarin style, early vegetables, Plougastel strawberry puff pastry, vanilla ganache and strawberry sorbet.
