A discreet, well-kept 4* hotel, where people of good taste stay when they visit the tip of Brittany. Centrally located, the hotel also offers a gourmet table, ideal for business meals, with its chic, contemporary decor and Rémi Casterman's internationally inspired cuisine. The menu delivers on its promise: snacked scallops, mango cream with Breton curry and watercress juice, pan-fried pollack fillet and vanilla butter, parsnip mousseline, coconut cream and seasonal vegetables, a beef picanha, foie gras escalope, red wine reduction and buckwheat honey, early asparagus and mashed potatoes, a Plougastel strawberry dessert, tarragon cream and strawberry ice cream. Good service.
