Located on the corner of Rue de la République, this spot is a must for wine lovers, who come as much for the cuisine as for the wine cellar and the beautiful wine racks. The decor clearly emphasizes the restaurant’s equal emphasis on wine and food. The chef has crafted an excellent seasonal menu featuring innovative dishes: clafoutis with Burgundy snails, confit garlic, broccoli purée, and parsley espuma; spiced octopus fricassee with seasonal vegetables and rouille; seasonal tartlet with peach, rosemary, and olive oil. Good selection by the glass.
