Right next to the entrance to the Plateau des Poètes park, where you can take an after-meal digestive stroll, is a long-established name where good society is at ease and at home. Pascal Olry has been delighting his guests for nearly forty years with the same passion and concern for a job well done. His €39 menu gives a good overview of simple, seasonal products (pig's trotter stuffed with foie gras, calamari plancha on a barigoule base, duck breast in a gingerbread crust...), while his large truffle menu allows for other flights of fancy (lobster in ravioli, scallops and truffle in a mosaic, hare à la royale...). Cave de bonne connaissance sur la région, another attractive menu-card option, at €75 and €95.
