The place is pretty, well-known and well placed at the entrance to the old village. What more could you ask for when the staff are so attentive to your needs, and the dishes are of the familiar and expected variety? The 45 € menu offers a wide choice from chef Sébastien Zunino's menu: lobster tortellini and salmon with leek fondue and creamy bisque vermouth, a flattering dish that delivers on its promise; coquelet stuffed with boletus, pressed with potato and truffled celery; and, last but not least, a fine opera as a speciality.
