Gourmet Restaurant Nicolas Servant's bistro, so well placed opposite the Halles, works well and brings friends together all year round. The menu is easy to read and engaging, the combinations well found in slash mode in direct titles with faithful execution and no unpleasant surprises: the first asparagus hollandaise kumquat poutargue, the fillet of trout from the Pyrenees and fish juice, the chicken supreme sabayon ceps and praline... Classic desserts, good small cellar, including the "pépites de l'Alouette", some fifty great vintages in addition to a good choice at around €40-50.
