Gourmet Restaurant Just a few minutes from the episcopal city, this beautiful 4* boutique-hotel is considered one of the finest establishments in the center, and offers the service of a good contemporary brasserie. The place is chic, well-decorated with a Murano glass chandelier, and offers some interesting dishes, including scallops, crisp blue lobster and citrus remoulade, extra sole meunière, sautéed lamb sweetbreads, cream of morel mushrooms and Guérande salt, and a classic baba au rhum.
