In the Boucle district, Johnny and Mélaine offer bistro-style dining with a modern twist, revisiting Jura and French classics with a fair degree of mastery. Regularly changing, the menus are in good rotation. This time, an organic egg from Pelousey in jelly, Morteau sausage and gherkins, salmon tartar bömlo, veal mignon rosé, Morbier cream, artichokes barigoule, chicken leg from Amancey, cream of morels in yellow wine, seasonal vegetables, yellow wine crème brûlée.
