Gourmet Restaurant Trained in Pontarlier, then moving on to 76 in Besançon, Johnny opened his own restaurant at the end of 2022 with his partner Mélaine, offering traditional-inspired cuisine. The friendly bistro has the advantage of a very central location, and offers a well-crafted cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons and highlights regional products. À la carte: oyster mushroom fricassee with wild garlic pesto and carrot tagliatelle, pink trout steak, yellow wine cream with colombo, seasonal vegetables, leg of Amancey poularde, cream of morel mushrooms and green asparagus, peas and carrots, pistachio strawberry. Menu €35.
