For those who travel all over France, there are similarities between some of the warm-hearted establishments, which also charm us with their table settings, and the personality of chef Georges Camuzet belongs to this line of chefs who have chosen to apply their broad talent to the service of a well-understood regional or national tradition, in the image of Pierre Hochart in Aix or Florent Ladeyn in Lille, for example. The menu is appetizing, and everything is good: lamb, pork and veal from the Ségala region, accompanied by a sharp, affordable wine selection, with many keels priced at €30 or less.
