Gourmet Restaurant The toque is confirmed for this well-presented Absinthe, located on the city's most gourmet street. The menu caters for all tastes and all generations, with a good traditional background, and always a zest of fantasy: sea bream tartare with passion fruit, braised pork shoulder with Espelette pepper and "Breizh'tiram", a Breton variation on tiramisu, with caramelized apples and salted butter caramel, all in a good €36 menu.
