In the pedestrian zone, 70 meters from the beach, Sébastien Attelan took over this rustic Argelès-sur-Mer institution in 2024, with its furniture and large wooden fans. In the kitchen, Max Renaut, an international "toque blanche", officiates with talent. Every day, a new menu of the day is devised with seasonal delicacies, while the menu evolves throughout the year with suggestions of the moment and must-tries: succulent homemade foie gras with onion compote and black cherry jam, braised shoulder of lamb with hazelnuts, or a calice glacé à la mandarine impériale (mandarin sorbet, mandarin zest chantilly, custard and chocolate lace). Dishes to tantalize your taste buds. Grilled meats from the Occitan region are as moist and flavorful as you could wish for, as are wood-roasted Landes chickens. Last but not least, a zen, flower-filled terrace with wooden floor welcomes you as soon as the sun appears. Open all year round.
