Description

This thousand-year-old Talloires landmark houses a 4-star hotel-spa with 37 rooms and suites, ideally located on the shores of Lake Annecy. But it also boasts not one, but two restaurants worthy of these magnificent surroundings: one gourmet, open all season, the other bistronomic, open from June to September. The first, the Abbaye de Talloires restaurant, is in the hands of the talented Chef Yohei Hosaka and Charles-André Charrier, a sommelier renowned enough to make you sit down with your eyes closed. Féra, crayfish, Ombre Chevalier... the hyper-local products are sublimated, the food and sake pairings are remarkable and the service impeccable. As for the bistronomic restaurant, its menu is renewed every month and a half. All our customers, both hotel and restaurant, are fully satisfied! Please note: in high season, the restaurant is also open for lunch every day of the week.
