Kushikatsu (breaded skewer) is a theme that's very much in vogue in the gourmet Rue Timbaud, with its Japanese fashion, far-flung flavors and originality. You can take a trip around the counter with the Selection chicken menu at €64 or the Bon wagyu menu at €74, and a well-written sequence of salad, bento, Japanese noodles and dessert framing the main course.
