Gourmet Restaurant A serious and competent bistro on the Saxe-Roosevelt side, run by Anthony and Caroline Keravec. After a life in Chicago, the couple return to their roots to explore the French repertoire, offering up some fine compositions: chestnut velouté with tonka bean, pork belly and candied chestnuts, roasted cod back, vermicelli, lobster broth and autumn vegetables, old-fashioned guinea fowl ballotine, chanterelles, reduced carcass jus, lettuce bouquet and mustard vinaigrette, island rum baba, pineapple, passion fruit, amber rum.
