Anthony Keravec's contemporary bistro, just a stone's throw from the waterfront. After years in Chicago, he returned with his wife Caroline to set up Jour de marché, now Krak, offering lively, sophisticated dishes. The €52 menu is a fine example, with chicken frayed in a pot, hot foie gras, lemongrass and kaffir leaf broth, perfect egg, vegetables and brioche croutons, snacked scallops, chanterelles, trumpets of death, artichoke hummus and mandarin foam, or snacked guinea fowl supreme, mushrooms, tarragon corn velvet and lobster jus mousseux. Cellar adapted.
