Gourmet Restaurant Bistronomy in large format with evening menus (€77 and €95), a more affordable lunch option at €49, or the simpler evening counter formula with its "recreational and aperitif" plates: that's the program for this rather serious table where you may come across endive and gorgonzola, poultry and eel, Menton lemon and rosemary. The place is beautifully arranged, with brick walls and parquet flooring, in an atmosphere typical of this lively street.
