If the tone is a little pretentious, the dishes nevertheless have that gastronomic charm, a little wow effect imagined through the beautiful products and spectacular layouts. The price is inevitably higher, but the experience is far from disappointing, with elegantly crafted dishes: duck egg soufflé, beurre blanc and caviar, squid pâté, green asparagus velouté with squid ink, charcoal sablé, marrow, sea urchin and almond milk jelly, chocolate and pink pepper dessert.
