Gault&Millau's review 2026

If the tone is a little pretentious, the dishes nevertheless have that gastronomic charm, a little wow effect imagined through the beautiful products and spectacular layouts. The price is inevitably higher, but the experience is far from disappointing, with elegantly crafted dishes: duck egg soufflé, beurre blanc and caviar, squid pâté, green asparagus velouté with squid ink, charcoal sablé, marrow, sea urchin and almond milk jelly, chocolate and pink pepper dessert. Professional service.
