The small yellow façade reveals an intimate, welcoming restaurant, where France and Japan work together to deliver inspired, seasonal cuisine. On the menu: steamed crab flan, crispy shrimp with Jeerakarimundi pepper, crème brûlée with foie gras and peanut praline, green asparagus from Provence, peas and Arleux garlic cream, cebette and sucrine, hummus and lentils from Champagne, pigeon from Vendée with blood in two courses, and a fine tart with orange demi-sanguine, iced nougat and pruneau/nougatine. Cellar adapted to some natural wines.
