Gourmet Restaurant At Domaine Olivier Leflaive, tastings of Puligny-Montrachet satisfy both thirst and appetite, bringing together vineyard vintages and Lionel Freitas' dishes. In a handsome 4* hotel, a possible starting point for a fine wine tour, the chef develops a cuisine to match the vintages, with a refined, rather bourgeois flavor, perfectly suited to the moment. The à la carte dinner offers a well-balanced range of ideas: fresh crab cake, zucchini, cucumber and grapefruit; blue lobster, zucchini flowers and carcass jus; Bernard farmed pigeon, roast and leg confit, vegetables and reduced jus; apricot and rosemary cake, lemon cream. Two menus at €65 and €95.
