Olivier Leflaive is moving upmarket with a genuine hotel and, above all, restaurant offering, with this gastronomic table. An elegant bourgeois setting allows you to savor the house's exceptional vintages, with plates that are up to the two-toque standard: beef oyster and samphire for a classic, well-mastered land-sea dish, arctic char asparagus and walnuts, poultry morels and wild garlic, you're still on familiar ground, but with these well-prepared plates and relatively fair prices (four-course menu at €85 with a good strawberry vanilla gin dessert), the experience brings all the satisfaction you could wish for. Especially if you come to stroll through all the great vineyards offered on the wine list, with classic names in all regions...
