Description
This restaurant, located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, offers a real immersion in Korean cuisine and culture. A Jung, formerly an experience and innovation designer, has in recent years created two online groups dedicated to the cuisine and culture of his native country, and then founded the Association Corée Saveurs et Culture. Her meeting with Young, a former legionnaire with restaurant management experience, gave rise to the desire to open a cosy, modern and warm place "just like in a Korean home", where traditional and modern dishes, some creatively revisited, could be discovered. Let yourself be tempted by Jap Chae Deopbap (sweet potato vermicelli, vegetables and rice, with a protein of your choice) or embark on a gourmet voyage with the Bistrot Coréen menu, featuring kimbap and ravioli... Fried chicken and Hotteok (a typical small, filled and sweet pancake) are popular delights. Tasty experiences are also on offer at cultural events held throughout the year.
