For twenty years in Nice, Kei has been an original voice on the local scene, thanks to his dual Japanese-Mediterranean culture. At his place, fish is always impeccable, ideas are abundant and not necessarily merging, with strict respect for the original product. Always inventive with luxury products (caviar, truffles, foie gras), he also knows how to compose more simply, with beautiful scallops in carpaccio with Jerusalem artichoke purée and Barolo vinegar, rack of veal in yellow wine sauce and veal jus (there's also a selected wagyu direct from Japan), and pumpkin soufflé as a dessert with Piedmont hazelnuts. A connoisseur's atmosphere of well-being and discretion, a good €53 menu and a well-stocked regional wine cellar.
