The Vandevelde twins have been at the helm for the past fifteen years, faithful to their customers, without cheating or showing off. Good products, a sure touch, a carefully prepared plate, it's a solid toque that you'll find with haddock tartare with tonnato sauce, line hake with spinach and passion vinaigrette, magret de Vendée and orange-glazed carrots. A good lunch menu at €36, with cheeses from neighboring Martine Dubois, and classic desserts.
