Gourmet Restaurant On peut changer d'enseigne, mais pas une équipe qui gagne. Balagan est devenu Kapara, avec le même succès pour une clientèle fidèle, attachée aux inventions et sourires de cette cuisine levantine qui aime mêler les influences avec de la personnalité et de la gaieté : asperges tahini gremolata de falafel, ceviche de sériole gaspacho de fraise petits pois, la savoureuse salade fattoush, la "valse avec Bashir" shishbarak blette harissa citron confit labneh et menthe... Atmosphère toujours aussi détendue pour un moment en liberté dépaysante.
