Gourmet Restaurant You can change brands, but you can't change a winning team. Balagan has become Kapara, with the same success for a loyal clientele, attached to the inventions and smiles of this Levantine cuisine that likes to mix influences with personality and gaiety: asparagus tahini falafel gremolata, yellowtail ceviche strawberry pea gazpacho, the tasty fattoush salad, the "waltz with Bashir" shishbarak harissa lemon confit labneh and mint... The atmosphere is as relaxed as ever, for a moment of exotic freedom.
