The Rue des Bahutiers, an emblematic part of the old town, is ideal for the modern venues that bring it to life and revitalize it. Like Joki, at Jodie and Killian's, who bring their enthusiasm and ideas to the table, particularly when it comes to pairing cocktails, mocktails or spirits proposed by Jodie for Killian's cuisine: white asparagus mackerel bear garlic, trout from the Pyrenees with apple sauce, bone juice and endive, strawberry financier tarragon sorbet siphon tiramisu verbena.
