In the heart of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the medieval town of Josselin and the magnificent Château de Kerguéhennec, between Vannes and Pontivy, lies the village of Réguiny and its institution created in 1968: Jo et Carmen. Marine François and Pierre-Elie Brisson have chosen to set up home in this emblematic place. Every day, the Chef prepares a new menu of the day, featuring stews such as boeuf bourguignon, blanquette de veau, saucisse au chou... On weekends, two bistronomic menus comprising 2 starters, 2 main courses (one meat and one fish) and 2 desserts, as well as a seafood menu, will delight all your senses. Each product is scrupulously selected: fish and shellfish from the Lorient fish auction, fruit and vegetables from Brittany... The two large rooms adjoining the restaurant can be used for private functions in the evenings and at weekends, to welcome up to 150 people and celebrate your private or professional events. Marine and Pierre-Elie will be delighted to work with you to create your own menu or cocktail reception to make your celebration unforgettable. Open for lunch Tuesday to Sunday and evenings for private events only.
