It's at least as much the secrecy and mind-boggling bill of fare that have made Jin such a success, the favorite Japanese table of many connoisseurs and devotees. It seems, however, that the famous house has decided to democratize its offer a little, with a lunch menu at less than €100, and a much lower evening menu at €230, which almost seems like pocket change compared to the omakasés of yesteryear. The cuisine remains of an excellent standard, and the cellar of fine Chardonnays is always well stocked.
