A deserving and welcoming establishment, a committed chef who campaigns for his region, for fair prices and for the good of local catering, dragging producers and young chefs in his wake. An example that shines through every day in this pretty, quiet room. Classics "côté cuisine" with parsley ham, salmon tartar, grilled sea bream or roast chicken with braised cabbage, refinement in the two tasting menus at €58 and €98 featuring local river trout, morels, lobster or Bresse chicken. Extensive Burgundy cellar with good owners (Muzard, Confuron, Méo-Camuzet) and some great bottles.
