Chef's Restaurant Benoît Witz is a man who has never forgotten his roots, and who, from the family farm to the gilt of the Louis XV in Monaco, has never ceased to promote the taste of fields and peasant products. By moving into this discreet Provencal house on the heights of Cotignac, between vineyards and olive groves, the chef is generously promoting Provence, its gentleness and authenticity, both in the comforting setting of this 18th-century building, and in his dishes, blending local produce with great tradition. Discover menus at €58 and €74, not forgetting the lobster menu at €64.
