Gault&Millau's review 2026

The pretty olive-green frontage announces the slightly distinguished bistro that keeps its promise. The service is prompt, the choice clear and the menu eclectic, embellishing bourgeois ideas with subtle accompaniments: rabbit à l'escabèche with grilled cabbage, tarragon mayo and green chili, beef cheek confit with beer, petit épeautre risotto, root vegetables and cebette, stuffed cabbage with charcuterie condiment and smoked sabayon... The bill comes to around €60, with a granny confit with lemon balm for dessert, cider gel joconde cookie and sorbet.
