Gault&Millau's review 2026

The small, neatly set tables without tablecloths in a vintage bistro setting, along with the rather chic olive-green façade, set the tone for a tradition with a modern twist: pork pâté en croûte with pistachio and fig foie gras, redfish carpaccio, roasted pork chop with green beans and mushrooms in a parsley-garlic sauce, and Paris-Brest—the seasonal ideas are always executed perfectly. The menu offers a good overview, ranging from foie gras ravioli to rhubarb financier with lime sorbet, including spiced lamb pressé, for a full meal around €60. One more point this year.
