Now under the direction of Denny Imbroisi, Cyril Lignac’s former Italian restaurant is regaining its azure hues. The chef, who made a name for himself at Ida after stints at Mirazur and William Ledeuil’s Kitchen Galerie, possesses the expertise and cultural background to reinvent Italian cuisine. He succeeds here with an authentic menu featuring classics and innovative dishes: Roman-style artichokes, eggplant parmigiana, vitello tonnato with paccheri pasta in San Marzano sauce, Milanese veal cutlet, as well as grilled shrimp with Venere rice and burrata, or sea bass fillet with fennel cream. Classic desserts (affogato, tiramisu), and an interesting selection of Italian wines.
