In Beaugrenelle, Denny Imbroisi has created a modern corner of Italy, in a chic setting where copper catches the light and jazz discreetly wafts through the air. The attentive, professional service immediately creates a warm atmosphere, with the staff taking care of the smallest detail with a natural touch. At the table, the stuffed zucchini flowers exude sunshine and freshness, bursting with vegetable flavours. The veal chop alla milanese, generous to the eye, nevertheless leaves us hoping for more crunch and juiciness. The panna cotta, dense and fragrant, seduces by its precision, escorted by bright red fruits. The wine list tells a serious tale of Italy, while the cocktails reveal a lovely Mediterranean temperament. From €60 to €80 for starter, main course, dessert and beverage. An elegant address, already pleasant, that seems ready to go even further.
