An authentic izakaya in the heart of the Latin Quarter, by the king of ramen, Shigemi Kawahara. After opening his first address in 1985 in southern Japan, the Japanese chef went on to conquer the world, including France, where he exported in 2016. The small, charming shop features edamame, karaage, gyozas and donburis, and of course ramen, available in some twenty recipes (shiromaru, akamaru, karaka, tori shoyu and veggie).
