Mickaël Marion loves Saint-Lô, and the Laudois are very loyal to him. The terroir is an eternal source of inspiration for the man who, a few years ago, was Jeune Talent in Avranches. With his qualities now widely recognized, the chef can confidently follow his intuition, following the products of the moment: lobster from Barfleur, the catch of the moment, old fish, sole, pollack, suckling lamb, Jersey tomme... A very good choice with the four-course Instant menu at €68.
